Top questions
I hit the email rate limit during signup. What do I do?
We bypass Supabase's built-in SMTP entirely using our /api/signup route, so you should never see confirmation emails. If you see the error, it's likely the app wasn't redeployed after the fix — contact us and we'll help.
Can a reception user see patient medical notes?
Yes — reception users in the same clinic can see everything the doctor sees. Only the doctor can manage users, prices, and branding.
What happens when I reach 10 patients on Free?
You can still view and manage all existing patients. Adding new ones is blocked with an upgrade banner until you move to Pro.
Does it work offline?
Not yet. ClinicPro requires internet to load and sync bookings. We're tracking offline mode as a 2026 roadmap item.
