Refund Policy

We want every clinic on ClinicPro to feel confident about their purchase. This page explains how refunds work for our two plans and how to request one.

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is — well — free. No payment, no refund needed. You can use ClinicPro for up to 10 active patient records indefinitely without ever entering payment details.

2. Pro Plan — 14-day money-back guarantee

If you upgrade to the Pro plan and decide it isn't the right fit for your clinic, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the payment date. We'll process it back to the original payment method, no questions asked.

3. After the 14-day window

Beyond 14 days, the Pro plan payment is non-refundable. The Pro plan is a one-time payment (not a recurring subscription), so there's nothing to cancel — your access remains active for the lifetime of your account regardless.

4. Eligible reasons for a refund

Common reasons we approve refunds inside the 14-day window: the product didn't meet your expectations, you accidentally upgraded, your clinic closed before you could use it, you found a better tool. We don't ask for justification — just request the refund and it's processed.

5. How to request a refund

Email us at jovyrw@gmail.com with the email address on your ClinicPro account and "Refund request" in the subject. We'll confirm receipt within 1 business day and process the refund within 5–10 business days. The refund appears on your card or bank statement based on your bank's processing time (usually 7–14 days after we issue it).

6. What happens to your data after a refund

When a refund is issued, your account is downgraded to the Free plan automatically. Your existing patient records, bookings, and history are preserved — you don't lose any data, you just go back to the 10-patient limit. If you exceed the Free limit at the time of refund, the oldest records remain queryable but become read-only until you upgrade again or delete some.

7. Refunds for SMS, file storage, or other usage charges

Usage-based add-ons (if any are added in the future, e.g. SMS reminders, additional storage, custom branding fees) are billed as consumed and are not refundable. The 14-day guarantee applies only to the base Pro plan upgrade.

8. Disputes & chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — most issues are resolved much faster through email. If we cannot reach an agreement, you of course retain all your rights under Egyptian consumer protection law.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any change applies only to refunds requested after the change goes live; refunds for purchases made under a previous version of the policy are honored according to that older version.
