Can I try Pro before I buy?
Yes — the Free plan lets you add up to 10 patients with all core features. No credit card needed. Upgrade to any Pro tier when you outgrow it.
What's the difference between Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime Pro?
All three unlock the same Pro features. The only difference is how you pay: monthly is the lowest commitment, yearly gives the best ongoing value, lifetime is a single payment with no renewal ever.
Do monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically?
Not yet — for now you'll pay manually each period. We'll send a reminder 2 days before your plan ends so you can renew before access drops. Automatic card renewal is coming soon.
What happens if I don't renew on time?
Your account drops to the Free plan (10 patients, 1 user). All your data stays — no records are deleted. Renew at any time to restore full Pro access.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data lives on Supabase (managed PostgreSQL) with database-level row security. Each clinic's data is fully isolated from every other clinic.
