Patient Records Software for Clinics

Every patient has a single chart with every visit they've ever made — complaints, diagnoses, medications, follow-up dates, prescriptions, and lab orders. Type a name in the search box and the full record loads in under two seconds. Follow-up consultations start mid-thread because the doctor walks in already knowing the last visit.

Each visit can carry one or more prescriptions and lab / radiology orders. Reusable medication templates and diagnosis snippets cut a typical follow-up from minutes to seconds. Every order prints with the clinic logo + the doctor's credentials.

Upload scans, x-rays, dermatology photos, or lab paperwork against any patient visit. Files live in a private storage bucket with strict row-level security — no clinic can ever see another clinic's images. Photos surface inline in the patient history so the doctor doesn't lose context.

ClinicPro runs on PostgreSQL with row-level security enabled on every patient-related table. A user in one clinic literally cannot read or write any other clinic's data — the database enforces it, not the application. Reception users in your clinic can see what the doctor sees; super admins (us) have read access only for support cases.

Patient names, complaints, and diagnoses can be entered in Arabic or English; the printed receipts and prescriptions match. National ID numbers are optional (configurable per clinic) so you can serve patients who arrive without papers.

Your data is yours. The Pro plan ships with one-click Excel export of patient lists, visit logs, and income reports. We never sell, share, or analyse data across clinics. If you ever want to leave, you take the records with you.
